    脂联素(adiponectin)是脂肪细胞特异分泌的细胞因子，相对分子质
    量为 30×10，分子结构包括：N 末端信号序列、一个可变域、一个胶原
    样域和 C 末端球蛋白域，与Ⅷ、X 型胶原和补体 C1q 高度同源，具有
    增强胰岛素敏感性、抗动脉粥样硬化等效应，在代谢综合征的发病过程
    中起重要作用。脂联素受体 1 和脂联素受体 2 均含 7 个跨膜域，但结构
    与功能均不同于 G 蛋白偶联受体。脂联素受体 1 主要表达在肌肉组织，
    与球蛋白脂联素亲和力高；脂联素受体 2 主要表达在肝脏，与球蛋白脂
    联素和全长脂联素有相似的亲和力。脂联素具有调节代谢、血管内皮保
    护、抗炎症反应、以及抗心肌缺血再灌注损伤等多种生物学功能。脂联
    素还是一种胰岛素增敏激素，能改善小鼠的胰岛素抗性和动脉硬化症。
    脂联素作为一种胰岛素超敏化激素，可以增加促进骨骼肌细胞的脂肪酸
    氧化和糖吸收，明显加强胰岛素的抑制糖原异生作用，抑制肝脏的糖生
    成,是机体的脂质代谢和血糖稳态的调控网络中的重要调节因子。
