基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)又称基质蛋白酶(Matrixins)，是一类依赖于
锌和钙的内肽酶，在细胞外基质(ECM)的分解中起着重要的作用。它们
在胚胎发育、形态发生、生殖和组织重建等正常生理过程中起着重要作
用。他们还参与许多病理过程，如关节炎，癌症和心血管疾病。虽然新
