    巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(M-CSF)又称集落刺激因子(CSF-1)，是多功
    能的细胞因子。M-CSF 除调控巨噬细胞的增殖、分化及维持其活性外,
    还参与多种细胞的生长、分化调控,在神经系统、骨组织、泌尿系统、生
    殖调节中扮演重要角色。小鼠巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(M-CSF)分子量为
    40000-70000 道尔顿。M-CSF 受体(M-CSFR)是原癌基因 c-fms 的编码产
    物,属酪氨酸激酶受体家族，M-CSF/M-CSFR 高表达与多种肿瘤的增殖
    和侵袭有关。M-CSF 有多种异型体，包括膜结合型、胞外基质结合型、
    胞质内及胞核中 M-CSF，在部分肿瘤的发生、发展中起重要作用。
