    CXCLl 即趋化因子生长调节基因 1，属于 CXC 趋化因子。CXCLI
    可于成纤维细胞、上皮细胞、内皮细胞、活化的单核细胞、巨噬细胞和
    中性粒细胞产生。CXCLl 基因位于人类 4 号染色体上，基因编码 107 个
    氨基酸前体蛋白，其中 N-末端 34 个氨基酸残基被切割后，变成含 73
    个氨基酸残基。CXCLl 通过与其受体 CXCR2 特异性结合发挥作用，具
    有趋化中性粒细胞的功能，同时参与脊髓发育、炎症、血管生成、刨伤
    愈合等过程。CXCLl 在肿瘤形成过程中也具有重要作用，在黑色素瘤、
    卵巢癌、结直肠癌、胃癌等肿瘤中表达均有上调。
