趋化因子配体(CCL6)是 CC 趋化因子家族中的一种小细胞因子，仅在啮齿目动物发现，CCL6 在小鼠中
性粒细胞和巨噬细胞系细胞中均有表达，在适合的骨髓细胞分化的条件下可大量诱导，在细胞因子 GM-CSF
刺激的骨髓培养物中高表达，在某些髓系起源的细胞系中也会出现一些低水平的基因表达，例如用 GM-CSF
培养的未成熟髓系细胞(da3 和 32d cl3)和巨噬细胞株 p388d 也能被大量诱导，但在活化的 T 细胞株中，CCL
6 的表达大大降低。细胞因子白细胞介素 13 也可以诱导 CCL6 在小鼠肺内表达。小鼠 CCL6 位于 11 号染色
体上。CCL 6 的细胞表面受体是趋化因子受体 CCR 1。
