    B 淋巴细胞趋化因子(BLC)，又称 CXCL13，是趋化因子超家族 CXC
    的成员。该基因编码 109 个氨基酸，在氨基酸序列上，人 CXCL13 与小
    鼠氨基酸序列上有 64%的同源性，而与 CXC 趋化因子家族的其它成员
    的同源性为 24%-34%。CXCL13 基因定位于染色体 4q21。CXCL13 的
    受体 CXCR5 分布在所有的外周成熟 B 细胞和少量 T 细胞亚型上，
    CXCL13 是由次级淋巴组织淋巴结和血清滤泡中的树状细胞分泌，皮肤
    中的树状细胞也可以分泌 CXCL13。CXCL13/CXCR5 不仅有着正常的
    生理作用，它还常常与一些疾病如风湿性关节炎等的发生有着密切的关
    系， CXCL13/ CXCR5 系统的异常在一些自身免疫系统疾病发生和发
    展过程中也有着重要的作用。
