    白细胞介素 20(interleukin-20,IL-20) IL-20 基因在人类编码在 lq32，
    长度为 195kb，分子由 176 个氨基酸组成，属于白介素 10(IL-10)细胞因
    子家族，与 IL-24 和 IL-19 结构最相似。IL-20 通过 JAK 家族的胞质酪
    氨酸激酶来进行信号转导的，JAKs 能够激活信号传导及转录激活因子
    3(STAT3)，最终启动转录。IL-20 是促炎性细胞因子，尤其是在炎症早
    期发挥重要作用。IL-20 是与 IL-10 结构上具有高度一致性的新型Ⅱ类细
    胞因子, 激活的单核细胞是 IL-20 的主要来源，IL-20 的其它来源包括内
    皮细胞、风湿性滑膜炎 的成纤维细胞、T 细胞、粒性白细胞、树突状
    细胞 (dendritic cells，DCs)以及角质形成细胞。 IL-20 作用于角质形成
    细胞、内皮细胞、滑膜成纤维细胞、肾上皮细胞和问充质细胞，并与炎
    症、血管生成、化学趋化以及破骨细胞生成有关，所有这些与牛皮癣、
    动脉粥样硬化、类风湿性关节炎、 缺血性疾病及骨质疏松症等疾病有
    关。
