    C 反应蛋白(C-reactive protein ,CRP)是指在机体受到感染或组织损
    伤时血浆中一些急剧上升的蛋白质(急性蛋白)。CRP 是一种环状五聚体
    蛋白，其一级结构包含 5 个相同的亚单位，亚单位间以非共价键相结合，
    每个亚单位在其表面都含有 CRP 配体结合位点(与配体的结合需 Ca 参
    与)，其另一面含有 Clq 及 FcTR 结合位点。CRP 可以激活补体和加强吞
    噬细胞的吞噬而起调理作用，从而清除入侵机体的病原微生物和损伤，
    坏死，凋亡的组织细胞，在机体的天然免疫过程中发挥重要的保护作用。
