    IL-29，又称为干扰素λ１（IFN-λ1），与 IL-28A 有 81%的同源性，
    编码 IL-29 的基因位于 19 号染色体长臂上，含有 5 个外显子。IL-29 由
    含 22 个氨基酸的信号肽和 178 个氨基酸的成熟肽组成，肽链中有 2 个
    二硫键、1 个 N-连接糖基化位点和 6 个 O-连接糖基化位点。IL-29 具有
    多种生物活性，它在抗病毒、抗增殖、抗肿瘤、免疫调节等方面具有与
    Ⅰ型 IFN 相似的生物学活性，IL-29 主要在上皮细胞及肝细胞中表达，不
    同起源的造血和非造血细胞被各种病毒感染后，可诱导表达 IL-29，研
    究发现大部分人的肥大细胞表达 IL-29，并且蛋白水解性变应原能刺激
    肥大细胞释放大量的 IL-29，在过敏性哮喘患者外周血浆中存在高水平
    的 IL-29。IL-29 可能来源于肥大细胞，而肥大细胞是参与过敏反应的核
    心细胞，IL-29 可能是过敏反应中的重要促炎性细胞因子。
