    IL-9 是一种 T 淋巴细胞生长因子，主要由活化的 Th9 细胞分泌，此
    外肥大细胞、嗜酸性细胞、中性粒细胞、其他淋巴细胞亚群也可以分泌，
    人和小鼠的 IL-９基因结构类似 ，均含５个外显子 ，人与小鼠的 5 个
    外显子大小相同，在核酸、蛋白水平上的同源性各为 69%、55%。成熟
    的 IL-9 是由 144 个氨基酸和一段 18 个氨基酸的信号肽构成的分子量大
    小为 14000 的糖蛋白，其蛋白质水平有５５％ 的氨基酸同源性。 IL-
    ９受体（IL-９R ）属共γ链的细胞因子受体家族 ，由一条特异性的α链
    （IL-９Rα）和一条γ链组成。IL-9R 广泛表于淋巴细胞亚群、造血祖细
    胞、肥大细胞、巨噬细胞、树突状细胞、气道上皮细胞、未成熟神经元
    等细胞表面。
