    白细胞介素 19（interleukin-19, IL-19）是 IL-10 家族细胞因子的一
    员。由 159 个氨基酸组成的一个α螺旋状结构蛋白，与 IL-10 有同源性，
    基因位于染色体 1q32。成熟的人 IL-19 是一种 35-40kd N-糖基化单体，
    其氨基酸序列与小鼠和大鼠有 69%同源性。IL-19 可由活化的单核细胞、
    B 淋巴细胞合成；角质形成细胞和胎膜细胞，也可合成分泌 IL-19。
    IL-19通过其受体系统（IL-20Rα 和 IL-20Rβ）发挥其功能。信号转导上，
    IL-19结合 IL-20Rα和 IL-20Rβ，可诱导 STAT-1 和 STAT-3 活化，IL-19 作为
    细胞间的信号传递分子，不仅参与免疫应答，还与局部炎症反应和组织
    损伤密切相关。IL-19 可以激活 Th2 细胞，并诱导 IL-4、IL-5、IL-10 和IL-13 的产生。
    IL-19 在 1 型糖尿病和类风湿性关节炎等自身免疫性疾病
    中有调控作用，IL-19 基因涉及多种自身免疫病，与炎症、感染和自身
    免疫性疾病密切相关。
