    TSLP 是一种分子量为 24kDa 的单体糖蛋白，小鼠 TSLPcDNA 编码
    140 个氨基酸残基的前体蛋白，其中包含一个 19 个氨基酸的信号序列，
    在成熟区域内，有 3 个潜在的 N 端糖基化位点和 7 个半胱氨酸残基。小
    鼠 TSLP 和人 TSLP 大约有 43%氨基酸序列同源，小鼠 TSLP 基因定位
    在 18 号染色体上。小鼠 TSLP 对人细胞无活性。TSLP 的功能具有物种
    特异性，在小鼠体外试验中，TSLP 在不同阶段都会影响 B 细胞的成熟。
    在胎肝中，TSLP 能够促进胎儿 pro-B 细胞的增殖。在成年骨髓中，能
    够对 TSLP 产生应答的前 B 细胞仅为能够表达 pre-B 细胞受体复合物的
    大 pre-B 细胞。TSLP 还能使淋巴细胞和胸腺细胞的 CD4+细胞亚群增多，
    从而调节 CD4+细胞的稳态。当 TSLP 过度表达时，会引起淋巴细胞和
    髓系的不平衡。TSLP 通过由 IL-7 受体α和 TSLP 受体组成的异质二聚体
    受体复合物传送信号，TSLP 受体与小鼠γ链受体有 24%的序列一致性，
    TSLP 受体在免疫细胞和造血细胞中的表达是最基本的，但在 Th2 细胞
    中是正调节的。
