    背景介绍
    IL-11 是由人类骨髓基质细胞及间质细胞分泌产生。IL-11 是一种
    非糖化蛋白质，分子量约 23kD，由 179 个氨基酸组成，人类 IL-11 基
    因含 5 个外显子，长度为 7kb，染色体位点是 19q13.3-13.4。人 IL-11
    cDNA 编码 199 个氨基酸的前体多肽，具 21 个氨基酸残基的疏水信号，
    经水解可产生 178 个氨基酸残基的成熟 IL-11 蛋白。
    IL-11 没有半胱氨酸
    残基或潜在的糖基化位点，具高度的螺旋和热稳定性。人和其他灵长类
    动物的 IL-11 氨基酸序列具有 88%的相似性, IL-11 具有多种生物活性。
    在造血调控，尤其是巨核细胞、血小板生成方面具有重要作用。
