    背景介绍
    白细胞介素 4 是由活化的 T 淋巴细胞、肥大细胞产生，在免疫应答
    过程中具有多效性，成熟 IL-4 分子量为 18-19KD 的糖蛋白，大鼠 IL-4
    前体蛋白含有 24 个氨基酸残基的信号肽，成熟的大鼠 IL-4 蛋白序列与
    牛、人和小鼠的 IL-4 分别具有 41%、43%和 59%的序列同一性，IL-4
    的生物学活性包括：促使抗原或丝裂原活化的 B 细胞分裂增殖；促进
    Tc 细胞的活性；IL-4 可增强巨噬细胞的功能；IL-4 与 IL-3 协同可维持
    和促进肥大细胞的增殖；可与 CSF 协同作用，促进骨髓造血前体细胞的
    增殖，诱导髓样细胞定向分化；诱导内皮细胞表达血管细胞粘附分子
    -1(VCAM-1)，对淋巴细胞的迁移具有一定意义。
