    背景介绍
    G-CSF 主要由内毒素、TNF-α和 IFN-γ可活化单核细胞和巨噬细胞
    产生。G-CSF 基因全长 2.5kb，包括 5 个外显子和 4 个内含子，G-CSF
    有 5 个半胱氨酸，Cys36 与 Cys42，Cys74 与 Cys64 之间形成两对二硫
    键，Cys17 为不配对半胱氨酸，二硫键对于维持 G-CSF 生物学功能是必
    须的因素。人和小鼠 G-CSF 在氨基酸水平上有 73%同源性，并具有相
    互交叉的生物学活性。小鼠粒细胞集落刺激因子（G-CSF）是一种 24-25
    kDa 的单体糖蛋白，可以调节造血细胞的增殖、分化和活化，小鼠 G-CSF
    的 cDNA，编码 208 个氨基酸并将蛋白水解成 178 个氨基酸，且均有 30
    个氨基酸的先导序列。G-CSF 主要作用于中性粒细胞系(lineage)造血细
    胞的增殖、分化和活化。
