    背景介绍
    GM-CSF 是一种能刺激粒细胞和巨噬细胞形成集落的因子，小鼠
    GM-CSF 基因定位于第 11 号染色体，人 GM-CSF 基因定位于第 5 号染
    色体长臂，基因组约 2.5kb 长，包括 4 个外显子和 3 个内含子，人和鼠
    GM-CSF 基因 DNA 序列有高度同源性。小鼠 GM-CSF 的 cDNA 编码 141
    个氨基酸残基的前体蛋白，包括一个 17 个氨基酸残基组成的信号肽与
    一个 124 个氨基酸残基的成熟蛋白，切掉信号肽后形成成熟蛋白。
    GM-CSF 具有多种生物学活性，可刺激骨髓细胞，粒细胞，巨噬细胞祖
    细胞，巨核细胞祖细胞，AML，白血病细胞系，内皮细胞增殖；促进造
    血等。
