    背景介绍
    VEGF 基因由 8 个外显子和 7 个内含子组成，定位于染色体 6p21.3，
    由于外显子剪切的不同而形成 VEGF121、VEGF145、VEGF165、
    VEGF185、VEGF206 等至少 5 种蛋白形式，其中 VEGF121、VEGF165
    和 VEGF189 在人类表达。小鼠 VEGF164 的氨基酸序列与大鼠、犬、猪、
    豚鼠和人分别有 98%、90%、87%和 82%的同源性。VEGF 是高度保守
    的同源二聚体糖蛋白。二条分子量各为 24kDa 的单链以二硫键组成二聚
    体。VEGF 分解的单体无活性,去除 N 2 糖基对生物效应无影响，但可能
    在细胞分泌中起作用。VEGF165 是分泌型可溶性蛋白，能直接作用于
    血管内皮细胞促进血管内皮细胞增殖，增加血管通透性。
