    背景介绍
    脂联素（Adiponectin, ADPN）又称 Acrp 30、adipoQ、apM 1 和 GBP
    28，是脂肪细胞分泌的一种内源性蛋白，在葡萄糖和脂质稳态中具有潜
    在作用。体液中循环脂联素水平较高，约占血浆总蛋白的 0.01%。脂联
    素分子 N 端为胶原样结构域，C 端为球状序列，其中球状区是脂联素生
    物活性的关键部位，该结构特征与补体因子 C1q 有明显的序列和结构相
    似性。虽然它们氨基酸序列几乎不存在同源性，但相似的三维结构和某
    些保守的氨基酸残基表明脂联素 C1q 样结构域与 TNF 超家族成员之间
    存在进化联系。脂联素可聚集成不同分子量的聚合物，包括三聚体(低
    分子量)、多聚体(中等分子量)和可能影响生物活性的高聚体(高分子质
    量)。脂联素在脂肪细胞分化过程中被诱导，胰岛素可刺激脂联素的分
    泌。脂联素受体有两种形式，分别为 AdipoR 1 和 AdipoR 2，AdipoR 1
    在骨骼肌中高表达，而 AdipoR 2 主要在肝组织中表达。
