    背景介绍
    白细胞介素 2（IL-2）是一种在机体免疫应答中扮演重要角色的多
    效性细胞因子。其于 1976 年被 Morgan 在小鼠脾细胞培养上清中发现，
    由于它能很好地促进和维持 T 细胞长期培养, 故将其称之为为 T 细胞生
    长因子，1979 年统一命名为 IL-2。小鼠 IL-2 含有 133 个氨基酸残基，
    分子量为 15.5kDa。IL-2 最重要的作用是诱导 T 淋巴细胞增殖和分化，
    此外，IL-2 还可调节多种细胞的免疫应答。在体内，IL-2 有抗肿瘤、抗
    微生物感染、引起移植排斥和自身免疫以及免疫调节等作用。
