    背景介绍
    IL-1 分为 IL-1α， IL-1β两种，人和小鼠 IL-1 在不同种属中有较高
    同源性。在氨基酸水平上，IL-1α和 IL-1β在不同种属同源性分别为
    60％～70％和 75％～78％；但在同一种属中 IL-1α与 IL-1β同源性只有
    25%。IL-1β主要由血液中的单核细胞和巨噬细胞产生，星形细胞，少突
    神经胶质细胞，肾上腺皮质细胞，NK 细胞，内皮细胞，角质形成细胞，
    巨核细胞，血小板，神经元，中性粒细胞，成骨细胞，许旺细胞，滋养
    层细胞，T 细胞和成纤维细胞也可产生 IL-1β。IL-1 具有广泛的免疫调
    节作用，并有致热和介导炎症的作用。
