    背景介绍
    人抵抗素（Resistin），是 RSTN 基因编码的产物，是一种肽激素，
    富含半胱氨酸的分泌蛋白，属于 RELM 家族，也称之为 ADSF（脂肪组
    织特异性的分泌因子）和 FIZZ3（存在于炎症发生区）。人的抵抗素含
    有一段 108 个氨基酸的前肽，在分泌前被剪切。在外周血中存在的抵抗
    素是有两段 92 个氨基酸多肽组成的二聚体，通过 Cys26 进行二硫键的
    连接。抵抗素可能是肥胖和胰岛素抵抗之间的重要链接，人的脂肪生成
    分化则可能与抵抗素基因表达下调有关。
