    背景介绍
    瘦素是一种由脂肪细胞分泌产生的蛋白质类激素,它通过抑制饥饿
    来帮助调节能量平衡,被称为“饥饿激素”的胃饥饿素可拮抗瘦素发挥作
    用。瘦素分子量为 16kDa,是由 146 个氨基酸残基组成的非糖基化蛋白,
    人瘦素与小鼠和大鼠的同源性分别为 87%和 84%,且人瘦素在小鼠和大
    鼠中可发挥生物学活性。瘦素主要产生于白色脂肪组织的脂肪细胞,也由
    褐色脂肪组织、胎盘、卵巢、骨骼肌、胃、乳腺上皮细胞、骨髓、胃主
    细胞和 P/D1 细胞产生。瘦素的表达情况受体内激素、细胞因子及营养
    状态影响,如参与正能量平衡的胰岛素和糖皮质激素可促进瘦素表达,而
    参与负能量平衡的儿茶酚胺则抑制瘦素的表达。在肥胖人群中,瘦素的敏
    感性降低,导致在能量储备高的情况下无法察觉饱腹感。瘦素在血液中克
    自由循环并与蛋白质结合。
