Typhi antibodies, capture and conjugating, target S. Typhi Outer Membrane Protein and S.Typhi specific polysaccharide respectively.
This Antibody is used both as conjugate and capture.
PURIFICATION METHOD
Purified monoclonal IgG by protein A chromatography.

Greater than 90%.

Sterile filtered clear colorless solution.
FORMULATION
S.Typhi capture&conjugate antibody (2.7mg/1ml) in 0.01M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.2 and 0.1% sodium azide.
