Ras-related C3 substrate 3, p21-Rac3, RAC3.

RAC3 belongs to the Rac subfamily of the Rho small G proteins. RAC3 is a small (approximately 21kDa) monomeric GTP-binding protein, which is an important component of intracellular signaling pathway, including the control of cell growth, cytoskeletal reorganization, and the activation of protein kinases.

RAC3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 189 amino acids (1-189 a.a.) and having a total molecular mass of 21kDa.
RAC3 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

The RAC3 solution (0.5mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 10% glycerol, 2mM DTT, 200mM NaCl, 0.1mM PMSF and 1mM EDTA.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. 
Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. 
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). 
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
