RAB11, YL8, Ras-related protein Rab-11A, RAB11A.

RAB11A is part of the small GTPase superfamily, Rab family. RAB11A is related with both constitutive and regulated secretory pathways, and takes part in protein transport. RAB11A is a well-known marker for protein trafficking, sorting, and recycling in the endosomal pathway. RAB11A is a main regulator of membrane delivery during cytokinesis.

RAB11A Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated,
polypeptide chain containing 249 amino acids (1-213a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 28.1 kDa. RAB11A protein is fused to a 36 amino acid His tag at N-terminus and is purified by standard chromatography.

RAB11A Human solution containing 20mM Tris-HCl pH-8, 1mM DTT, 1mM EDTA & 20% glycerol.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
