CD16 is low affinity IgG Fc receptor III (FcR III) and CD32 is FcR II. CD16/CD32 are expressed on B cells, monocytes/macrophages, NK cells, granulocytes, mast cells, and dendritic cells. The Fc receptors bind antibody-antigen immune complexes and mediate adaptive immune responses.

抗[E-AB-F0997A]进行封闭：往 100 μL（细胞数1×106）细胞悬液中加入 1 μg 纯抗，室温封闭 15 min，直接加入流式抗体进行后续实验。 巨噬细胞检测应尽量避免使用含花青素的流式抗体（如 PE-Cy7），会增加非特异性染色。若为非巨噬细胞检测，使用含花青素的流式抗体（如 PE-Cy7）时也需要封闭。
Anti-GFP/BrdU In Situ Immunostaining
of 2 N HCl x30'. Wash 3x in PBS. Block in 1 mL 10% Horse serum, x30' at room temp. Wash 1x in PBS. Add 0.3 mL Biotinylated anti-BrdU (1:300, with 1% horse serum in PBS). Incubate at 4ºC o.n. or 2 hr. at room temp. Wash 3x in PBS.
