Mouse tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Calpain 5 antibody [N1C1] (GTX103264) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Calpain 5 antibody [N1C1] (GTX103264) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Immunofluorescence analysis of PFA-fixed HeLa, using Calpain-5(GTX103264) antibody at 1:100 dilution.
