Whole zebrafish extract (30 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Acta2 antibody (GTX124505) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Various tissue extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with alpha Smooth Muscle Actin antibody (GTX124505) diluted at 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded zebrafish tissue, using Acta2 (GTX124505) antibody at 1:300 dilution.
Acta2 antibody detects Acta2 protein on zebrafish by whole mount immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: 1 day-post-fertilization zebrafish embryo.
Acta2 antibody (GTX124505) dilution: 1:100.
