Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with UQCRC2 antibody (GTX114873) diluted at 1:10000 and competitor's antibody (14742-1-AP) diluted at 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with UQCRC2 antibody (GTX114873) diluted at 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
UQCRC2 antibody immunoprecipitates UQCRC2 protein in IP experiments.
IP samples: HepG2 whole cell extract
