Application

Anti-Human IgE (epsilon-chain specific)-Alkaline Phosphatase antibody is suitable for use in immunoblotting and ELISA (at 1:500 dilutions using 100μ/well ).

Anti-Human IgE (ε-chain specific)−Alkaline Phosphatase antibody produced in goat has been used in dot blot.

IgE secreted from transfected murin myeloma cells was detected by ELISA using the alkaline phosphatase-conjugated goat anti-human IgE (epsilon specific) antibody.

Biochem/physiol Actions

IgE bound to B cell receptor mediates antigen uptake and regulates differentiation and proliferation of B cells.
