关于LY6H：
Lymphocyte Antigen 6H (LY6H) is a novel member of the LY6 family of glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored cell surface glycoproteins. LY6H contains one UPAR/Ly6 domain. Human LY6H is synthesized as a 140 amino acid precursor that contains a 25 amino acid signal sequence, 20 amino acid propeptide that is removed in the mature form, and a 90 amino acid mature chain. LY6H is highly expressed in the brain (cerebral cortex, amygdala, hippocampus and subthalamic nucleus) and in acute human leukemic cell line MOLT-3. It is also found in lower levels in testis, pancreas, small intestine and colon. It has been shown that LY6H may play a role in both the central nervous system and the immune system.

Human Chemokine (C-X-C Motif) Ligand 14 (CXCL14) is constitutively expressed in certain normal tissues but is reduced or absent from many established tumor cell lines and human cancers. CXCL14 is known to be a chemoattractant for monocyte and dendritic cells. CXCL14 inhibits angiogenesis and exhibits antimicrobial activities. Mature human and mouse CXCL14 differ by only 2 amino acid residues.

Porphobilinogen Deaminase (HMBS) is a member of the HMBS family. PBGD is the third enzyme of the heme biosynthetic pathway and catalyzes the head to tail condensation of four porphobilinogen molecules into the linear hydroxymethylbilane. HMBS is involved in the production of heme, which is important for all of the bodys organs, although it is most abundant in the blood, bone marrow, and liver. In addition, Heme is an essential component of iron-containing proteins called hemoproteins, including hemoglobin. Defects in PBGD are the cause of acute intermittent porphyria.

Mouse CD27 is a single-pass type I membrane protein which is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. CD27 is required for generation and long-term maintenance of T cell immunity. It binds to ligand CD70, and plays a key role in regulating B-cell activation and immunoglobulin synthesis. CD27 transduces signals that lead to the activation of NF-κB and MAPK8/JNK. Adaptor proteins TRAF2 and TRAF5 have been shown to mediate the signaling process of this receptor. CD27-binding protein (SIVA), a proapoptotic protein, can bind to this receptor and is thought to play an important role in the apoptosis induced by this receptor.
