LS-F53203 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Mouse IVL / Involucrin in samples of Cell Lysates, Plasma, Serum and Tissue Homogenates. It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of IVL / Involucrin as low as 0.039 nanograms per millilter.Specifications

This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of mouse IVL. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between mouse IVL and analogues was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection between mouse IVL and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.
