背景资料:
Uromodulin is the most abundant protein in normal urine. Its secretion in urine follows proteolytic cleavage of the ectodomain of its glycosyl phosphatidylinosital-anchored counterpart that is situated on the luminal cell surface of the loop of Henle. Uromodulin plays a role as a constitutive inhibitor of calcium crystallization in renal fluids. Secretion of uromodulin in urine provides protection against urinary tract infections caused by uropathogenic bacteria. Defects in Uromodulin expression are associated with the autosomal dominant renal disorders medullary cystic kidney disease-2（MCKD2) and familial juvenile hyperuricemic nephropathy（FJHN). These disorders are characterized by juvenile onset of hyperuricemia， gout， and progressive renal failure. While several transcript variants may exist for this gene， the full-length natures of only two have bn described to date. UMOD is involved in regulating the circulating activity of cytokines as it binds to il-1， il-2 and tnf with high a人尿素中提取纯化inity.

提供的人尿调节蛋白（UMOD）产品为经0.4um孔径过滤的白色冻干粉末；该冻干粉末是从含0.6mg/ml人尿调节蛋白（UMOD）的去离子水溶液中冻干产生的.我们建议加去离子水以配制工作储存液到0.5mg/mL，使粉末完全溶解.产品不是无菌的！请在细胞培养使用前使用合适的无菌滤膜过滤.

保存建议：
人尿调节蛋白（UMOD）冻干粉末在室温可保存3周，或置于-18℃冻存用于长期保存.重新溶解后可以在4℃冷藏保存至少2-7天；如果想延长保存时间，建议分装（加载体蛋白如0.1% HSA或 BSA）后置于-18℃冻存.请避免反复冻融.
