It is also detected in uterine myometrium. The expression is from 18 wNY-ESO-1 Human Recombinant full length protein expressed in E.coli， shows a 49 kDa SDS-PAGE （including GST tag）. The NY-ESO-1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.ks until birth in human fetal testis. Furthermore， in the adult testis， NY-ESO-1 is strongly expressed in spermatogonia and in primary spermatocytes， but not in post-meiotic cells or in testicular somatic cells （at protein level）.
