TGFBR2 is part of the Ser/Thr protein kinase family and the TGFB receptor subfamily. TGFBR2 is a transmembrane protein that has a protein kinase domain， forms a heterodimeric complex with another receptor protein， and binds TGF-beta. This receptor/ligand complex phosphorylates proteins， which then enter the nucleus and regulate the transcription of a subset of genes related to cell proliferation. TGFBR2 expression is increased in oral squamous cell carcinoma cells. TGFBR2 attenuates the biological activities of TGF-beta in colorectal cancer. TGFBR2 expression is decreased by IL-1beta while inducing Sp3 via NFkappaB. TGFB2 and TGFBR2 are involved in the antiestrogenic activity of tamoxifen metabolites in breast cancer.

溶解建议:
提供的人转化生长因子β受体-2（TGFBR2）产品为经0.2um孔径过滤灭菌的白色冻干粉末；该冻干粉末是从含人转化生长因子β受体-2（TGFBR2）的150mM NaCl，50mM 磷酸钠缓冲液（pH 7.5）中过滤灭菌并冻干产生的.我们建议加无菌的18MΩ-cm水以配制工作储存液到不低于100ug/ml，后继实验过程中可根据实验要求进一步稀释.

保存建议：
人转化生长因子β受体-2（TGFBR2）冻干粉末在室温可保存3周，或置于-18℃冻存用于长期保存.重新溶解后可以在4℃冷藏保存至少2-7天以上；如果想延长保存时间，建议分装（加载体蛋白如0.1% HSA或 BSA）后置于-18℃冻存.请避免反复冻融.
