LS-F31270 is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) development kit that contains sufficient reagents to produce approximately 1000 Wells for the Quantitative detection of Human IL31. The kit is supplied with the components listed below, a list of other recommended reagents, and a protocol (see manual) for preparing ELISA assay plates to detect levels of IL31 within a range of 32 to 4000 picograms per milliliter.
