LS-F31601 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Rat IL12B / IL12 p40 in samples of Cell Culture Supernatants, Plasma, Serum and Tissue Homogenates. It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of IL12B / IL12 p40 as low as 7 picograms per milliliter.Specifications
