佚名 青霉素钾盐或钠盐（penicillin G potassium，penicillin G sodium，苄青霉素钾或钠）临用前配成溶液，一般40～80万单位/次，肌内注射，普通感染2次/日，严重感染4次/日，必要时每日总量可再增大。严重感染时可用作静脉滴注，但钾盐忌静脉推注，滴注时亦要计算含钾量（每60万单位青霉素钾盐含钾离子39mg），并注意滴注
