LS-F53118 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Mouse Growth Hormone Receptor / GHR in samples of Plasma, Serum and Tissue Homogenates. It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of Growth Hormone Receptor / GHR as low as 3.9 picograms per milliliter.Specifications

This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of mouse GHR. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between mouse GHR and analogues was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection between mouse GHR and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.
