| 产品介绍 | background: ANXA2R (annexin-2 receptor), also known as AX2R or C5orf39, is a 193 amino acid protein that is widely expressed and may act as an annexin II receptor on marrow stromal cells to induce osteoclast formation. In addition, ANXA2R is highly expressed in lymphocytes and is also found in resting CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. The gene encoding ANXA2R maps to human chromosome 5, which contains 181 million base pairs and comprises nearly 6% of the human genome. Chromosome 5 is associated with Cockayne syndrome through the ERCC8 gene and familial adenomatous polyposis through the adenomatous polyposis coli (APC) tumor suppressor gene. Treacher Collins syndrome is also chromosome 5-associated and is caused by insertions or deletions within the TCOF1 gene. Deletion of the p arm of chromosome 5 leads to Cri du chat syndrome, while deletion of the q arm or of chromosome 5 altogether is common in therapy-related acute myelogenous leukemias and myelodysplastic syndrome. Function: May act as a receptor for annexin II on marrow stromal cells to induce osteoclast formation. Tissue Specificity: Widely expressed. Highly expressed in lymphocytes. 光脱色荧光恢复技术(fluorescence recovery after photobleaching FRAP)
研究膜流动性的一种方法。首先用荧光物质标记膜蛋白或膜脂, 然后用激光束照射细胞表面某一区域, 使被照射区域的荧光淬灭变暗形成一个漂白斑。由于膜的流动性,漂白斑周围的荧光物质随着膜蛋白或膜脂的流动逐渐将漂白斑覆盖，使淬灭区域的亮度逐渐增加, 最后恢复到与周围的荧光光强度相等。 细胞膜蛋白的标记方法有很多种。可以用非特异性的染料,如异硫氰酸荧光素(fluorescein isothiocyanate,FITC)将细胞膜蛋白全部进行标记。也可用特异性的探针,如荧光抗体,标记
