LS-F51763 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Human EZR / Ezrin in samples of Cell Lysates, Plasma, Serum and Tissue Homogenates. It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of EZR / Ezrin as low as 0.078 nanograms per millilter.

This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of human cytovillin/ezrin. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between human cytovillin/ezrin and analogues was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection between human cytovillin/ezrin and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.
Manual
Aliquot and store at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Quality Assurance
Due to their limited shelf life, LSBio ELISA kits are not typically stocked as finished goods. Upon receipt of an order each kit is assembled and tested to ensure that it meets specifications before shipping. Minor changes may occur to the Range, Sensitivity, and Precision. In the event of a significant change the order would be confirmed with the customer before shipping ELISA kit lot numbers reflect the date of final assembly and testing for each specific kit rather than a bulk manufactured lot. All kits are tested to confirm that they fall within their defined Inter- and Intra- assay coefficient of variation.
Kit Components
The cytoplasmic peripheral membrane protein encoded by this gene functions as a protein-tyrosine kinase substrate in microvilli. As a member of the ERM protein family, this protein serves as an intermediate between the plasma membrane and the actin cytoskeleton. This protein plays a key role in cell surface structure adhesion, migration and organization, and it has been implicated in various human cancers. A pseudogene located on chromosome 3 has been identified for this gene. P15311NM_003379NP_003370.2
