关于Prolactin R ：
The prolactin receptor (PRLR) is a member of the class I cytokine/lactogen receptor family which mediates the diverse cellular actions of prolactin in several tissues. PRLRs are expressed in normal and neoplastic human breast tissue, and in most breast cancer cells. PRLR contains an extracellular region that binds prolactin, a transmembrane region, and a cytoplasmatic region required for the activation of the Jak2–Stat5 signal transduction pathway by Prl which is essential for transcriptional activation of all known prolactin regulated genes. PRLRs have also been observed in ovarian follicular cells of mice, pigs, sheep, deer, and humans, as well as in luteal tissue in cow and horse ovaries. Furthermore, PRLR knockout mice exhibit failure of embryonic implantation, reduced number of mature oocytes, and low fertilization rates. Knockout females also display a reduced number of primary follicles.

T-Cell Membrane Protein 3 (TIM3) is a single-pass type I membrane protein that belongs to the TIM family of immunoglobulin superfamily. TIM3 includes a signal sequence (aa 1-21), an extracellular region (aa 22-202) with one Ig-like V-type domain, a transmembrane segment (aa 203-223), and a cytoplasmic domain (aa 224 - 301). TIM3 regulates macrophage activation, inhibits T-helper type 1 lymphocyte (Th1)-mediated auto- and alloimmune responses and promotes immunological tolerance. It may be also involved in T-cell homing and as a receptor for LGALS9.

Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) is a type of membrane glycoprotein, and belongs to the epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptor family. HER2 plays a key role in development, cell proliferation and differentiation. HER2 has been reported to associate with malignancy and a poor prognosis in numerous carcinomas, including breast, prostate, ovarian, lung cancers and so on. HER2 is activated by dimerization and not activated by EGF, TGF-alpha and amphiregulin. Interaction with PTK6 increases its intrinsic kinase activity.It is heterodimer with EGFR, ERBB3 and ERBB4. HER2 associates with the 5-TCAAATTC-3 sequence in the PTGS2/COX-2 promoter and activates its transcription. It implicated in transcriptional activation of CDKN1A and the function of the protein involves STAT3 and SRC. And also it involved in the transcription of rRNA genes by RNA Pol I and enhances protein synthesis and cell growth.
