一般描述
重组人胰岛素（rHu）在功能和结构上与天然人序列相同。由两个多肽链组成的激素，rHu 胰岛素的 A 链（21 个氨基酸）和 B 链（30 个氨基酸）通过半胱氨酸残基之间的二硫键共价连接。这种经基因工程改造的人胰岛素是全序列分子，通过重组 DNA 技术在面包酵母中生产。
应用
