保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍 SLURP1, also known as MDM, ARS, ANUP (anti-neoplastic urinary protein), LY6LS or ArsB (ARS component B), is a 103 amino acid secreted protein that exists as a homodimer possessing antitumor activity. Found in esophagus, stomach, exocervix, gums, urine, sweat, saliva, plasma and tears, SLURP1 is most highly expressed in the acrosyringium of the granular layer of skin, where it helps maintain the structure of the keratinocyte layers of the skin. Also considered a marker for late skin differentiation, SLURP1 contains one UPAR/Ly6 domain and is the cause of an autosomal recessive disorder of the skin known as Mal de Meleda (MDM). MDM Is characterized by nail abnormalities, keratotic skin lesions, transgressive palmoplantar keratoderma (PPK), perioral erythema and may sometimes include hyperhidrosis.
Function : Has an antitumor activity. Was found to be a marker of late differentiation of the skin. Implicated in maintaining the physiological and structural integrity of the keratinocyte layers of the skin.
Subunit : Homodimer.
Subcellular Location : Secreted.
Tissue Specificity : Granulocytes. Expressed in skin. Predominantly expressed in the granular layer of skin, notably the acrosyringium. Identified in several biological fluids such as sweat, saliva, tears, plasma and urine.
DISEASE : Defects in SLURP1 are a cause of Mal de Meleda (MDM) [MIM:248300]; also known as keratosis palmoplantaris transgradiens of Siemens. MDM is a rare autosomal recessive skin disorder, characterized by diffuse transgressive palmoplantar keratoderma with keratotic lesions extending onto the dorsa of the hands and the feet (transgrediens). Patients may have hyperhidrosis. Other features include perioral erythema, lichenoid plaques on the knees and the elbows, and nail abnormalities.

一抗和二坑的区别：
第一抗体就是平常所说的抗体，即能和抗原特异性结合。
第二抗体是能和抗体结合的，即抗体的抗体。主要用于检测抗体的存在。
一抗是针对抗原的抗体，二抗是针对一抗的抗体。即抗体也可以充当抗原刺激机体产生抗体。也就是说，抗原进入机体刺激机体免疫系统产生免疫应答，由B细胞可以产生与相应抗原发生特异性结合的特殊蛋白质。

The Ras-related superfamily of guanine nucleotide binding proteins, which includes the R-Ras, Rap, Ral/Rec and Rho/Rab subfamilies, exhibit 30-60% homology with Ras p21. Accumulating data suggests an important role for Rab proteins, either in endocytosis or in biosynthetic protein transport. The transport of newly synthesized proteins from the endoplasmic reticulum to various stacks of the Golgi complex and to secretory vesicles involves at each stage the movement of carrier vesicles, a process that appears to involve Rab protein function. The possibility that Rab proteins might also direct the exocytosis from secretory vesicles to the plasma membrane is supported by the observation that in yeast, the SEC4 protein, which is 40% homologous to Rab proteins, is associated with secretory vesicles. At least eight members of the Rab subfamily have been identified, each of which is found at a particular stage of a membrane transport pathway.
Function : Rab5b is a member of the Rab family of small (monomeric) G proteins. Like other small G proteins, Rab5b switches between an inactive, GDP-form and an active, GTP-bound form. GDP/GTP exchange factors (GEFs) catalyse the conversion from the GDP-bound form to the GTP-bound form, while GTPase-activating proteins (GAPs) catalyse GTP hydrolysis to GDP. Rab5b is involved in endocytosis and recycling of cell surface molecules. It interacts with RIN2 and RIN3, which regulate its function, possibly by acting as GEFs. Knockdown of Rab5b abolished group I metabotropic glutamate receptor (mGluR)-mediated neuroprotection. Furthermore, Rab5b interacts with LRRK2, the defective gene at the PARK8 locus that results in Parkinson's disease. Roles for Rab5b in neurodegenerative disease, neuroprotection, and synaptic plasticity have been suggested.
