Peptidyl-Prolyl Cis-Trans Isomerase H (PPIH) belongs to the Cyclophilin-type PPIase family that accelerate the folding of proteins. PPIases can catalyze the cis-trans isomerization of Proline Imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides. PPIH participates in pre-mRNA splicing. It is a specific component of the complex that includes pre-mRNA processing factors PRPF3, PRPF4, and PRPF18, as well as U4/U5/U6 tri-snRNP. In addition, PPIH has PPIase activity and may play a role as a chaperone mediating the interactions between different proteins inside the spliceosome.

关于ST6GAL1：
The ST6GAL1 gene encodes β-Galactosamide α-2,6-Sialyltransferase 1. It is a type II membrane protein and is localized to the trans-Golgi network. It catalyzes 2,6-sialylation of Galβ1,4-GlcNAc structures on N-glycans. ST6GAL1 is highly expressed in the liver and other tissues. ST6GAL1 deficiency causes abnormalities in B-cell immunoreactivity. The expression and activity of ST6GAL1 are associated with tumor metastasis in breast and colon cancers. The majority of ST6GAL1 in the liver is cleaved and secreted into the serum and may be used as a biomarker for hepatitis diseases.

关于Ephrin-A1：
Ephrin-A1 is a member of the A-type ephrin family of cell surface proteins that function as ligands for the A-type Eph receptor tyrosine kinase family. Ephrin-A1 can be induced by TNF and IL1B. Its expression levels can be down-regulated in primary glioma tissues compared to the normal tissues. The soluble monomeric form is expressed in the glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) and breast cancer cells. Soluble Ephrin-A1 is necessary for the transformation of HeLa and SK-BR3 cells and participates in the relocalization of EPHA2 away from sites of cell-cell contact during transformation. Ephrin-A1 plays an important role in angiogenesis and tumor neovascularization.
