产品描述:
UDG酶能特异性识别DNA单链或双链中的尿嘧啶残基，并从DNA上水解去除尿嘧啶残基，防止DNA发生突变，是碱基切除修复过程中的重要组分，对RNA无活性。本制品常用于PCR反应中残余污染物的去除。另外，其也可应用于SNP分型、定点诱变等实验中。
产品用途：
1）消除PCR反应中的残余污染物；
2）应用于糖基化酶介导的单核苷酸多态性检测（GMPD）；
3）基因突变：定点诱变；
4）可作为探究蛋白质-DNA相互作用的探针；
5）SNP分型；
6）生成PCR产物单链突出端。
使用建议：
UDG酶在Taq酶反应缓冲液中同样具有活性。在PCR反应液中直接添加UDG酶即可，推荐用量为50μl体系添加0.2U，在PCR循环程序前增加2分钟37℃～50℃保温过程即可完全消除多达1ng含dUTP模板的污染。

对照组未添加UDG酶，实验组每50μl反应体系中添加0.2U UDG酶。
