LS-F11188 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Rat CYP1A2 in samples of Plasma and Serum. It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of CYP1A2 as low as 0.312 nanograms per millilter.

Due to their limited shelf life, LSBio ELISA kits are not typically stocked as finished goods. Upon receipt of an order each kit is assembled and tested to ensure that it meets specifications before shipping. Minor changes may occur to the Range, Sensitivity, and Precision. Kit Components
Cytochromes P450 are a group of heme-thiolate monooxygenases. In liver microsomes, this enzyme is involved in an NADPH-dependent electron transport pathway. It oxidizes a variety of structurally unrelated compounds, including steroids, fatty acids, and xenobiotics. Most active in catalyzing 2-hydroxylation.
