使用说明
称取本品4.3克于100ml蒸馏水或去离子水中,加热煮沸至完全溶解，121℃高压灭菌15分钟,冷至50℃，无菌操作加入5-10ml脱纤维羊血（T1223），轻轻摇匀，倾注平板，备用。
