LS-F25487 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Mouse CRYBA1 in samples of Cell Lysates and Tissue Homogenates. It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of CRYBA1 as low as 0.118 nanograms per millilter.
About CRYBA1
Crystallins are separated into two classes: taxon-specific, or enzyme, and ubiquitous. The latter class constitutes the major proteins of vertebrate eye lens and maintains the transparency and refractive index of the lens.
