LS-F42307 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Guinea pig CGA / hCG Alpha. It is based upon a Custom assay principle and can be used to detect levels of CGA / hCG Alpha as low as 2.344 picograms per milliliter.
About CGA / hCG Alpha
The four human glycoprotein hormones chorionic gonadotropin (CG), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) are dimers consisting of alpha and beta subunits that are associated noncovalently. The alpha subunits of these hormones are identical, however, their beta chains are unique and confer biological specificity.
